The owner of this court is a cheapskate and would rip you off in a heartbeat. The homes are so close together that you can see in your neighbors windows, the court is minimally maintained. The review above of excellent was obviously written by the owner himself or a relative. Stay clear.
Good community to live in
Decent place to live. Park owner, Lee Jasinski, is amazing and the lot rent is reasonable. I own my house so I'm not sure about renting a house from him and how he is in that aspect.
